Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, Ihram and undergarment-type items may not be eligible for return once the seal/packaging is opened — please check the product page for specific eligibility

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit.
